Terms and Conditions
All memberships/donations and any other services provided as well as supported are final and non refundable, all memberships must be placed on ABP or ACH in order to have membership verified and assured of coverage. All members agree to follow all that is needed for them to be able to qualify for the services provided by Sirs Sanctuary. Members agree to go through a 90 - 120 day Probation period before being able to receive funding services through Sirs Sanctuary. Members agree to funding any outside services that are not funded by Sirs Sanctuary, included but not limited to: Specialized Services provided by Sirs Sanctuary that tailor to the persons outside needs, Services that may be provided through an outside entity/Company that said member is referred to by Sirs Sanctuary if not covered through membership plan, etc. Member agrees to follow through with all necessities needed for the center to provide aid to them which includes: Income Verification, Identification, Housing Information, Emergency Contacts, Background Check, etc. If member responsibilities are not fulfilled, or member shows signs of becoming a danger to other clients/workers of Sirs Sanctuary, said member will be banned and restricted from receiving services through Sirs Sanctuary Overall.

We Follow HIPPA Law and keep all personal information private. Unless given permission to share members accomplishments by said member, we keep your activity as well as connection with the center unknown to the Public.​

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Return Policy
All Sales are final and can not be exchanged or refunded. If your product becomes worn or shows any signs of unraveling over time and needs to be re-wrapped or RE-BLESSED Santi will re-wrap OR re-bless your piece for a $45 maintenance and cleanse fee to give your item a re wrap or re-cleanse and send back to you. Just mail it to us and we will get it back to you as soon as its finished.
Shipping info/ Holds layaway
All packages will be sent through person by person mail. Depending on when your item will tell you how long it will take to ship your healing creation to you due to the time it takes to make each one. each order will have a choice of delivery session that is available to be delivered by. A tracking number will be made for you to be able to keep up on your package which usually takes 3-7 business days to reach your home once sent out. All items are blessed and cleansed for a total of 14 days prior to Shipping out date so you can be the first one with the energy onto your piece. Please be sure to double check all shipping information before order is sent so that we can be sure to mail it to the correct address. DELIVERIES ARE ONLY 4x A YEAR! (FEB, MAY, AUG, NOV) IF YOU MISS THE SESSION THAT YOU ARE ORDERING FOR YOUR ORDER WILL BE PLACED FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE SESSION! NO EXCEPTIONS! ITEMS ARE NOT PRE-MADE! ALL PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER AND SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR THE PERSON AND NO ONE ELSE! NO TWO PIECES LOOK THE SAME.
ALL HOLD AND LAYAWAY/PAYMENT PLANS MADE ON ITEMS THROUGH PERSONAL ORDER ARE FINAL AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE! THERE IS A LATE FEE FOR EVERY MONTH THAT IS NOT PAID! LATE FEE DEPENDS ON THE ITEM PRICING AND SUSCEPTIBLE TO IMMEDIATE CHANGE! A TOTAL OF UP TO 2 WEEKS IS THE LATEST A PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE ENTIRE ORDER IS CANCELED DUE TO NON PAYMENT. LATE FEE MUST BE PAID PLUS FULL REMAINING FEE TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE ORDER!
If you place an item on hold a minimum fee of 50% for orders under $250 and 75% for all orders over that amount is needed to keep the item on hand for you and make while you are placing your weekly/monthly payments. All items placed on hold will have a specific due date as to when the payment for the entire piece must be finished before being able to be sent out due to the piece being created during your payment session before hand. If you do not pay your payments on time when they are due YOUR ITEM WILL BE PLACED INTO THE VAULT AND ALL DOWN PAYMENTS AND PAYMENTS PLACED ARE NON REFUNDABLE. ALL FUNDS WILL BE DONATED TO A FAMILY THAT IS A MEMBER OF THE CENTER.
